Hence, the Sport is one type of activity that is the recommended in our daily lives.
So, is there a simple exercise that is easy and healthy body? Various sports we can do every day such as soccer, marathon running, swimming, playing basketball or any other.

  2. The second is a simple exercise run. Maybe this is one sport that you find difficult to do. You could spend some time in the morning to do the kind of sport that one. This sport is very good for your muscle mass and burn calories in your body. 
  3.  The third exercise is a simple push ups and sit ups. This sport does not take up too much of your time and you can do in between your daily activities. The benefits of this exercise is to burn calories your body and make your body fit and able to build muscle your body. 
  4. The fourth is a simple sport of gymnastics. Sport is also very easy you do every day. If in the accompanying music is also more fun exercise to do every harinya.Olahraga can also be done by all people at all levels of ages from children to the elderly. The benefits are very good for the health of your body and keep your fitness every day. 
  5. The fifth is a simple sport of cycling. Sport is also very easily done by everyone at various age levels. You can do it every morning before your intensive activity each day. The benefits are also very good for maintaining the condition and the health and fitness of your body.
